I BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER!!!!!!

Hello bloggers, Today I am Blogging aobut Me being a personal trainer for a day . So we do not have our teachers with hs becuase they are in wellington with the year 7/8s but we are at school.We are doing bonus stuff where we have to complete Reading , Maths, Writing,Artifacts, and something else . You have to complete that to get bonus time at the end of the day if you don't complete it then you have to finish the work.I have got a piece of writing to show you on the career on what I chose  this week here it is.


5:40am I am waking up now and ready to go and teach my daily person this morning, I am getting dressed, my name is Olivia and im a Personal Trainer, I ma going to brush my teeth and I am going to make my kids lunches.I have made my kids lunches and now I ma going to wake them up. 6:30am I am getting in the car ready to go to drop my kids off at school.

6:40am I dropped my kids off now it is time to go to work . I started work now I'm getting ready to train my scheduled person , I check my phone to see who I  have got for today and I had a look and then walked out of the cloke rooms. 

7:20am, I have started to look for the person I am training and I found that person and I was ready to train them . I started off with some cross punches , then we did some boxing to build the muscles ,Then we did some running around the building build the bone and the fat around the bottom of  the leg, Next we did some burpees , push ups, and press ups.We did some sand bags lifting to build up strength , Rope lifting to build ability.

12:00pm it is my lunch time so I go into my bag and grab my lunch I made in the morning to have something eat then I have to go down  to the park and do a boot camp, that is just something that you do the same thing but with more than 1 person so I have a big group of people coming down about 7 people and then we change things after each activite. First activite is Rope lifting, then Chest punching, then Boxing, after that running, weight lifting,Sandbags, Next, Sand balls. All of the people move around those activities then when they are finished they have a break and do it again.

3:00 pm Doing my second to last person to train , I am doing the same kind of things before with the boot camp and I will be finished my shift. 5:00pm I  have finished my shift now i have to go home to my family. 5:20pm I am home now I am going to get my kids dinner then I will get into my other clothes to go  to bed to have an early night .
6:30pm time for me to get a good rest for tomorrow's early shift so I will not be late.
That was my day routine being a Personal Trainer.
